Centerville sits in the midsection of Davis County between the Wasatch Mountains to the east and Great Salt Lake to the west. It is just a 15 minute drive on I-15 (or the new Legacy Highway) to downtown Salt Lake City. Centerville’s population has grown to just over 15,000 and with that growth it has enjoyed a rapid increase in retail/commercial development along its Parrish Lane and 400 West corridors.
As with most communities along the Wasatch Front, Centerville is located in the middle of fabulous recreational and cultural opportunities with eight major ski resorts within a 45-minute drive. The cultural treasures of downtown Salt Lake City, such as Ballet West, the Utah Symphony, Temple Square, Abravnel Hall, as well as sporting events at the Energy Solutions Arena and the E-Center are less than 30 minutes away.
Centerville has excellent primary and secondary schools. Over 65 acres of parks and open space are available for individual, family and group activities.
